ORGANIZATIONAL CLARITY AND SCORECARD
This section of The Meeting Advantage includes the answers to the organizational clarity questions, as well as your team’s ‘scorecard’ or ‘one-sheet’ with the thematic goal and the objectives required to achieve that goal. This helps provide the framework for your weekly tactical meetings and guide the discussion during the meeting.
CLARITY QUESTIONS 1-4. We recommend you read (out loud) your team’s answers to questions at the beginning of every meeting and serve as the foundation for your organization’s culture and strategy, providing context and direction for every team discussion.

CLARITY QUESTION 5: WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT RIGHT NOW?
If you want to create a sense of alignment and focus, you must have a single top priority within a given period. Your team’s thematic goal will be the focal point of each meeting and the singular focus across the whole team.
